In 1989, Dave Ober had a dream of starting a business that would allow him to surround himself with great people and build a legacy he could pass on to his children. Since then, Dave has committed himself to making that dream a reality and has grown ECS into a company of more than 500 amazing employees.
Founded in Lebanon, PA, ECS has expanded to serve 10 states, with crews operating in dozens of facilities across the nation. ECS has a culture rooted in community and growth, and it is the company’s mission to give people every chance to succeed.
